Kali Uchis
Kali Uchis is scheduled to perform at the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on Sunday, April 30th, 2023. The Colombian-American singer, songwriter, and record producer is best known for her single “Tyrant”, which peaked at number 22 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Born in Pereira, Colombia, Uchis moved to the United States at the age of seven and grew up in Virginia. She began her music career in 2012, self-releasing her first mixtape, Drunken Babble. In 2013, she collaborated with Tyler, The Creator on the song “Hey You”, from his album Wolf.
Uchis released her debut studio album, Isolation, in 2018. The album was met with critical acclaim, and peaked at number 12 on the US Billboard 200 chart. It features the singles “Tyrant”, “After the Storm”, and “Body Language”.
